Social Media Management for Gyms
Social media management for gyms should fill classes and sell memberships. Not collect likes from people four states away. We build the strategy, make the content, run the accounts. One person, start to finish.
We ran the launch marketing for a Montana fitness facility through presale, grand opening and the months after. Positioning, content, staff introductions, website structure. All of it.
Book a discovery callFour situations we see constantly
-
You’re opening a new facility
You’ve got a building and a date. What you haven’t got is a reason for anyone to care before the doors open. Presale is where the money is. Most gyms waste it posting construction photos.
-
You post every day and nothing happens
Consistency isn’t the problem. Positioning is. Nobody can tell who your gym is for, or why it’s different from the one down the road.
-
You’re more than a gym now
You added recovery, classes, a nursery, a smoothie bar. Your marketing still says gym. That gap costs you the members who’d pay the most.
-
You’re in a small, relationship-driven market
Corporate fitness advertising doesn’t work in a town where everyone knows everyone. Content either feels local and human, or it gets ignored.
What you get, and what it does
- Positioning and messagingA clear answer to who this gym is for, so people stop comparing you on price alone.
- Monthly content plan and shootTrainers, classes, members and the room itself, shot properly, so you’re not deciding what to post at 9pm.
- Daily account managementPosting, stories, comments and DMs handled, so enquiries get answered while they’re still warm.
- Launch and promotion campaignsPresale, grand opening, class launches and challenges, built as sequences, not one-off posts.
- Monthly reporting on what convertedEnquiries, sign-ups and trials. Not follower counts. So you know where next month goes.
We repositioned a gym as a wellness destination, then built the presale, launch and post-launch content around that one idea. The building was never the story. The people were.

Questions we get asked first
How much does social media management for a gym cost?
It depends on whether you need strategy, content production and daily management, or only some of it. We price per scope, not per post. The discovery call gives you a real number. Not a range.
Do you shoot the content or do we?
Either way, it’s covered. Kyra shoots it herself where she can get to you. Where she can’t, you get her shot lists, video ideas and direction, so your team captures the right thing. She works both sides of the lens (former model, then photographer). Gyms left to work filming out on their own plateau fast.
How long before we see results?
Enquiries move first, usually inside the first month or two. Membership growth follows. Anyone promising sign-ups in week one is guessing.
We’re pre-launch. Is it too early?
No. It’s the best time there is. Presale memberships are the highest margin sales a new gym makes, and they need three to four months of build-up to land.
Who actually does the work?
Kyra does. No account managers, no handoffs, no junior passing your brand around. You work with the person making the decisions.
Tell us about the gym.
Thirty minutes, no pitch deck. We’ll tell you what we’d do first, and whether we’re the right fit.
