Med Spa Business Plan Template free and built for aesthetic clinics

A med spa business plan template that covers treatments, oversight and costs, plus the part most templates skip: why clients will trust you over the other clinics offering the same treatments, and how you’ll fill the book from day one.

It’s a 13 page PDF you can print or fill in on screen, with nine sections and prompts written for a med spa, not a generic small business. Free from KO Creative.

Why this one is different

Most business plans rush the marketing

Most med spa plans are thorough on devices and treatment menus, and thin on how a stranger comes to trust you with their face. Then the clinic opens into a market where everyone offers the same treatments, and price becomes the only difference.

This template gives marketing the space it needs. Here’s the launch timeline from section 5:

WhenWhat happens
90 to 60 days outLock the positioning. Build the website and booking page. Open a waitlist with one clear reason to join early.
60 to 30 days outIntroduce the people. Show the space taking shape. Open founding packages or memberships with limited places and a firm deadline.
30 to 0 days outPreview event or taster sessions. Collect the first reviews and photos. Remind the waitlist every week.
Opening weekFull schedule, extra help on the desk, content every day, and ask every new client how they heard about you.
First 90 daysFollow up every first visit within 48 hours, track who stays, and move effort to what’s converting.

Questions

About the template

Does it cover medical regulations?

It flags where they matter, such as ownership, supervision, who can perform each treatment and advertising rules. It doesn’t state them, because they differ by state and country. Get legal and regulatory advice before you sign a lease.

Does it include financial projections?

It includes the structure: startup costs, a three scenario revenue model, monthly costs and a break even calculation. It doesn’t include made up industry averages, because they vary too much by location. Use your own quotes, and ask an accountant to check the numbers before you apply for a loan.

Can I use it for a bank loan or lease application?

Yes, as the thinking behind your application. Some lenders and landlords want their own format, so check first. The answers you write here transfer straight across.

Is it really free?

Yes. You’ll also get occasional emails from KO Creative about marketing for wellness businesses. Unsubscribe any time.

Is this legal or financial advice?

No. It’s a planning template. Medical spa rules on ownership, supervision and advertising vary by state and country, so get qualified legal and regulatory advice before committing.
