Brand Positioning Services
Brand positioning services should make one thing obvious: who you’re for, and why you’re the only real option. Most founder-led businesses have a good product and no answer to that. So the market does the easy thing and compares you on price. We find the answer. Then we build the language and the identity around it.
We’ve repositioned a fitness facility from “a gym” into a full wellness destination before it even opened. We’ve taken a fashion brand with strong product and no clear identity past 100,000 impressions, once the market finally understood what it was.
Book a discovery callFour situations we see constantly
-
You have real traction and a brand that doesn’t say so
Sales are coming in. Referrals are strong. But your website and social still read like a hobby, and the customers who do find you have to work too hard to work out what you actually do.
-
You’re about to launch or relaunch
A new location, a new offer, a rebrand. It’s on the calendar, and you get one chance to introduce it properly. Getting the positioning right before launch costs a lot less than fixing it after.
-
A worse competitor is outselling you
Their product isn’t better. Their pitch is clearer. Buyers pick the business that’s easiest to understand, not the one that’s actually best. Right now, that’s not you.
-
You’ve outgrown your own description
What you offer has grown well past what you launched with. Your marketing hasn’t. It’s still describing the smaller version of the business.
What you get, and what it does
- Brand and market diagnosticA clear read on how customers actually describe you now, versus how you describe yourself. The gap between those two is the thing we’re fixing.
- Positioning statement and differentiatorOne sentence: who you’re for, and why you win. Every decision after it has something to check itself against.
- Messaging frameworkLanguage your team can actually use. Website, sales calls, content. Nobody has to re-invent it each time.
- Audience and buyer clarityA specific picture of who you’re talking to. Content that tries to appeal to everyone converts no one.
- Rollout guidance for content and identityHow the positioning shows up across social, site copy and visuals, so nothing stalls the moment the strategy document lands.
In both cases the product was already good. That was never the problem. Nobody could say plainly who it was for or what made it different, including the team running it. Once we closed that gap, the content finally had something real to say.

Questions we get asked first
How much do brand positioning services cost?
Depends on whether you want positioning on its own, or positioning plus the content and identity work to roll it out. We price per scope, never by the hour. The discovery call gives you a real number.
How is this different from a logo or rebrand project?
A logo is one output. Positioning is the decision that output comes from, along with the content and the ad copy. Skip it and everything after it is a guess.
We already have a brand. Do we need this?
If the sales and the content aren’t matching the quality of what you offer, the brand you have isn’t saying it clearly. That’s a positioning problem wearing a content problem’s clothes. More content won’t fix it.
How long does the process take?
Positioning and messaging usually land within four to six weeks. Rollout across content and identity carries on after that, built around your launch date if you’ve got one.
Who actually does the work?
Kyra does. No account managers, no handoffs, no junior passing your brand around the office. You’re working directly with the person making the decisions.
